We have a 365-day return policy. Returns can be for refund, exchange, or store credit. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Returns for a store credit are eligible for a free prepaid return label. For more information about our return labels, please see the answer to Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If there is a defect with any merchandise shipped and the tags are no longer attached, please contact customer care within 30 days for a resolution.

Please note we do not provide exchanges for orders shipped internationally. All returns will be refunded by default. Customers will, however, be able to request a store credit instead of a refund.
