Why is my order on hold?

If we have trouble verifying your order, we may place your order on hold. We may be having trouble verifying your credit card due to an issue with your billing or shipping address. Also, we are not able to verify certain cards issued outside of the United States. If your order is on hold, we will contact you by email and phone if possible.

    I tried to make an order and I can't find it I didn't go through all the trouble of looking for all these clothes just to lose it I don't know

    I made a order and then it got lost I didn't understand this I'll take too long to find clothes for the kids just for you guys to delete them what's going on

    I place my order like 2 months ago I don't receive it yet and they promised me that I will receive it in 3 weeks so I don't know what happened
