I cannot log into my account to review my order for returns. Invoice sent from your company is now reading "Oops page not available". What should I do?
We paid for overnight shipping for a special event this coming Friday. COOKIE'S KIDS sent incorrect size -- now we are being given the runaround to correct your shipping mistake. We, should have been sent the correct size or accommodated for your processing error to ensure a replacement was in our hand -- on time because of the error with your handlers. This company is too large not to accommodate small errors like this. Free return and replace does not fix the problem. This is poor customer service.
